Thread inspection and sorting device

We introduce a device that fully automates the thread inspection! It is also capable of checking for stripped female thread.

This product is a device that automatically screws a "reference gauge" into the threaded part of screw-attached components to determine and sort their quality. It is used our high-performance KX driver, achieving high-precision and reliable inspection. Additionally, it is now possible to mount a 4-axis KX driver, resulting in improved processing capacity.
